The only correspondence you will receive from us will be in response to your inquiries, in the course of good customer service, to confirm shipping info, etc. We do not advertise sales and specials to customers via e-mail unless expressly requested. Personal and financial information gathered for the purpose of accepting a customer order is used only to process the order or to contact the customer if there is a problem in processing the order. All customer information is stored on our secure in-house computer where no one else has authorized access to it. Your privacy and online ordering security are of the utmost importance to us and are hereby assured. Of all considerations, that of our customers comes first.

Satisfaction is the highest priority of Mile High Hot Sauce. We are proud to guarantee the quality of our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at or call us at 919-580-0195 and we will be glad to process your return. Please note: Shipping cost will not be credited with any returns made. Processing Time: Please allow 7 to 10 business day from the date we receive your return request to process your return. If a credit card refund is issued, allow an additional 2-4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account and 1-2 billing cycles for the transaction to reflect on your billing statement since each bank’s processing time varies.
